An architectural landmark on its own, housing works of various Filipino master artists in painting and sculpture. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) made history as Asia's first international convention center, setting a trend that led other countries to build their own.
PICC POLICIES GOVERNING
EXHIBITIONS and TRADE SHOWS
General Rules & Regulations

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Posting of Banners, Streamers and other materials except in designated areas
    • Smoking (except in designated areas - Lower Bridgeway, Executive Lounge Veranda and 3rd floor Secretariat Bridgeway)
    • Eating and Drinking inside halls and meeting rooms except when it is part of the activity
    • Prohibited Drugs and Substances
    • Alcoholic Beverages
    • Deadly Weapons and Objects
    • Hydrogen-filled Balloons, Pyrotechnics, Explosives and other Flammable and Detonating materials
    • Animals (except when they are part of the event)
    • Wearing of shorts, undershirts (sandos), sleeveless shirts (for men) and slippers
    • Loitering
    • Sleeping
    • Gambling
    • Cooking


  • Children who are seven (7) years old and below shall not be allowed entry to PICC unless they are participants to events.

  • Cellular phones and two-way radios must be switched off inside meeting rooms and hall where events are ongoing as these interfere with the sound system.

  • Only authorized photographers shall be allowed to take photos during the ceremonies.

  • Entrances, aisles, and exits shall be kept free from any and all obstructions at all times.

  • For safety and security reasons, organizers shall limit the number of participants and guests to the maximum capacity of the meeting roo/hall to be used based on the type of set-up. PICC shall have the right to refuse admission of persons if the maximum capacity has been exceeded, as determined by PICC.

  • PICC shall excercise full authority within premises and reserves the right to control, regulate, inspect, refuse entry to or prohibit any person as well as materials which violate Philippine laws, and PICC rules and regulations.

  • Dining requirements of all guests and clients shall be provided, PICC's exclusive in-house food concessionaire. Thus, food and beverages other than those served and prepared by the PICC accredited food concessionaire are not allowed to be brought inside the Center.
For Concerts

  • No Ticket, No Entry

  • Number of tickets issued shall not exceed the number of seating capacity of the hall/room.

  • Taking pictures, videos and audio recordings of the show is not allowed. For publicity purposes, permission must be sought from the Organizers.

  • Guest complaints regarding changes in concert dates, show times, ticket refunds, seat numbers and delays in opening the doors shall be properly addressed by the Organizers.

  • Acknowledge the presence of the President and Vice-President of the Republic of the Philippines (if in attendance and as cleared by Malacanang Protocol Office).

  • Hanging and Rigging Requirements.

    • Rigging from hang points throughout the facility is subject to approval by PICC management.
    • Contractor must appoint a single person who is responsible for rigging and hanging and provide the name of the designee to the PICC Events Officer.
    • Plans and locations for any items hung or rigged must be submitted to PICC for review and approval one month before the first day of move-in.
    • All hang points must be returned to their normal condition after each event. Devices, wires, clips, etc. used for hanging and rigging should be removed, as appropriate,. If not, the work will be performed by the Center staff and billed to the Organizers/Contractors.
For Graduations

  • No Ticket, No Entry

  • Number of tickets issued shall not exceed the number of seating capacity of the hall/room.

  • Only symbolic candle lighting shall be permitted.
