JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Executive Assistant II will provide administration and coordination support to the General Manager under the supervision of the Senior Executive Assistant. The position will ensure organized flow of documents, schedules, and communications and will assist in preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and monitoring office deliverables.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Communication or related field

Experience:

  • At least four (4) years relevant experience in executive assistance and high-level administrative functions, research and analysis

Training:

  • At least sixteen (16) hours of relevant training in executive assistance

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication, computer and technical skills including minutes and/or notes taking, complete staff work, customer service and relationship building, organization and time management and flexibility and adaptability
