Grounds Maintenance Coordinator

Description
  • Conduct inspections and provide reports on cleanliness of outside premises and the condition of trees, plants, greens and foliage at the gardens/lawns and nursery
  • Monitor attendance, deployment, and assignment of contracted agency personnel
  • Check accuracy of billing documents and submission of required documents for payment of contracted agency personnel
  • Send out, collect and tabulate results of monthly evaluation forms for the contracted agency
  • Provide recommendations relative to the use of better and updated gardening equipment, fertilizer, pesticide and materials
  • Issue to contracted agency personnel, maintain records, and manage requisition of gardening and nursery supplies and materials
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual work program and budget requirement of the Facilities and Property Division
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Education
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany or any related course
Experience
With at least two (2) years of related work experience
