The Plenary Hall is one of the PICC’s largest venues, capable of accommodating more than 3,500 guests in a theatre-style setup. Ideal for conventions, conferences, and major events, it features a permanent stage, dressing rooms, and a VIP lounge. The hall is equipped with LED walls and upgraded audiovisual systems to support seamless presentations and large-scale productions.
